Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas:

Active your Blue Access for members account to access your digital ID card, your claims, and search for providers. To activate your card, you will need to enter your first name, your last name, your birthday, and your member identification number that is listed on your ID card. On the website you can access your digital card, your claims, and the money you have spent toward your deductible.

You can also access this information in the BCBSTX app. To add your digital ID card to your digital ID card to your wallet, you will click on the digital ID card, hit the share icon in the upper right-hand corner, then click add to wallet.

CIGNA Dental:

Access your digital CIGNA ID card by either going to mycigna.com or downloading the myCigna app and registering your account. To register your account, click Start Registration then enter your First name, last name, birthday, and zip code. It will then ask you to confirm your SSN and set a username and password. Once you are registered, your digital ID card will be accessible from the home page. If you are on the myCigna app, you can add the card to your digital wallet.
